I was at a loss for what to do with my 2008 Acadia when I received a letter from Ramtin's firm inquiring into the problems I had experienced. His letter described my issues to a T, so I took a chance and contacted his office. The were able to negotiate a fair settlement with GM that was in line with ...the laws in the state. Ramtin's office took care of everything. I only had to sign the legal documents and provide proof of ownership of my vehicle. The whole experience was painless for me. On a side note, the office staff is wonderful. I was a bit nervous the week GM bought back my car, and they dutifully answered all of my questions and alleviated my concerns. If you have had major issues with your car, this is the firm to contact.

Ramtin handled my case with professionalism start to finish. I was skeptical at first but after speaking to him I knew he and his firm were legitimate. I had a 2010 VW Routan that was having brake issues every 4,000 miles and either needed new pads or rotors. Ramtin explained the process to me and... I can say it happened exactly as I was told.
