Ramtin handled my case with professionalism start to finish. I was skeptical at first but after speaking to him I knew he and his firm were legitimate. I had a 2010 VW Routan that was having brake issues every 4,000 miles and either needed new pads or rotors. Ramtin explained the process to me and... I can say it happened exactly as I was told. Mr. Shahian's office sent me a letter regarding the brake issues for my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was already 5 years old and past the warranty. But I had more brake repairs than oil changes. He was able to get me a fairly significant settlement, almost what I paid for 5 years ago. I certainly... was not expecting that much. Good job. I had nothing to lose since there were no up front fees. The only misunderstanding that I had was that I thought if the manufacturer paid additional attorney fees on top of my settlement, I would owe less or nothing in attorney fees, but that was not his fault. It was clearly written in the contract. I still would have pursued the case anyways. He had to take the risk of doing all the work and not getting an agreeable settlement, so his fee is understandable. Ramtin was great at expediting the settlement in the end which helped with my schedule for the vehicle surrender. I was pleased with his quick responses and communication. I appreciate everything he did for me.
