Dishonest

I hired Mr Yaghoubi for a car accident in 2017 and he sent me to doctors he had personal connections with. When I asked to see a doctor of my choosing he told me there was no more money left. Then, the day before my deposition he had his assistant tell me to lie to the lawyers if they asked how I cho...se my doctors. She told me to say I’d picked my own doctors from a list they gave me. I had to take the first reasonable offer after that because I wasn’t going to lie for them in court and that’s what they were asking me to do. If this happened to you, please file a report with the bar. The more people who report their law firm the sooner they stop taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable.
