have had several different attorneys who could not handle the complexity of my multiple cases regarding my custody and divorce. All they did was charge me and make excuses. Then I was referred to Arran Scott Treadway. Within a matter of a month, he got me my divorce done which had been pending for w...ay too long. He got me my custody judgment very favorably to which I was incredibly satisfied. Then on top of it we got the other side to submit to a vocational evaluation and now the other side is on the hook for support to me as well as attorney's fees. This guy is a prodigy like the terminator. He used to work for a big city law firm and took that experience to the little guy and works like a mad dog while appreciating his client who is struggling to pay him. The guy is just good stuff. I highly recommend this man who apparently was born an advocate and a great person by being that advocate. Strong, unbending will and in touch with his client. This man is on your side 100%. I was approached by Mr. Treadway to represent me in collecting an attorney fee award after a question I posted on Avvo. Mr. Treadway offered to represent me through the end of my divorce for a nominal flat fee and any attorney fees he would be able to recover thereafter. He did not follow through o...n his offer, he misrepresented me in court and filed declarations misrepresenting the truth and then in a time of need refused to continue to represent me unless I paid him additional monies, which he clearly knew I did not have. I also discovered I was billing for services I never received and for attorney fees I never used. I was forced to find alternate representation.
