have had several different attorneys who could not handle the complexity of my multiple cases regarding my custody and divorce. All they did was charge me and make excuses. Then I was referred to Arran Scott Treadway. Within a matter of a month, he got me my divorce done which had been pending for w...ay too long. He got me my custody judgment very favorably to which I was incredibly satisfied. Then on top of it we got the other side to submit to a vocational evaluation and now the other side is on the hook for support to me as well as attorney's fees. This guy is a prodigy like the terminator. He used to work for a big city law firm and took that experience to the little guy and works like a mad dog while appreciating his client who is struggling to pay him. The guy is just good stuff. I highly recommend this man who apparently was born an advocate and a great person by being that advocate. Strong, unbending will and in touch with his client. This man is on your side 100%. It is unusual to find a lawyer like Arran Treadway. The first thing I want in a lawyer is someone who is a fighter. In other words, the most important thing to me is a lawyer who wins. My first impression and my experience is that Arran is determined to win and has won for me and I have heard how... he wins for other clients. I think the second most important thing for me is that I wanted a lawyer who is a real advocate. Someone who would understand and sympathize with my legal situation related to family law. I was genuinely impressed with Arran's empathy and deep understanding of my case and my personal situation. This really helped me throughout the rough ordeal I was going through and made me feel I had a friend and a true advocate to support me. I was delighted and grateful for the detailed, thoughtful and creative manner in which Arran handled my case and very satisfied with his attitude and, of course, with the positive outcome. It also seemed to me that he engendered a spirit of cooperation among others involved in my case including the opposing council who seemed to have a sincere respect for Arran. He was fierce and extremely tough in his advocacy of my case, but at the same time also diplomatic and gracious in his presentations of my case to others. I think Arran was born with special skills, talents and gifts to be a naturally excellent attorney in all his areas of legal expertise. Simply put, I think he is one of the finest lawyers I have ever known and I would highly recommend him.

Arran is one of the very few lawyers I have met that completely dispels the myth that lawyers are cold and do not care. He handled my family law case with a lot of respect and compassion. My kids are my number one priority and he understood that. He fought hard for me in court and out lawyered my ...husbands lawyer in a respectful way (Cannot say the same for my husband's lawyer who was a nightmare). I am happy with my orders and would recommend Claery and Green.
