Beware of bait and switch

I was approached by Mr. Treadway to represent me in collecting an attorney fee award after a question I posted on Avvo. Mr. Treadway offered to represent me through the end of my divorce for a nominal flat fee and any attorney fees he would be able to recover thereafter. He did not follow through o...n his offer, he misrepresented me in court and filed declarations misrepresenting the truth and then in a time of need refused to continue to represent me unless I paid him additional monies, which he clearly knew I did not have. I also discovered I was billing for services I never received and for attorney fees I never used. I was forced to find alternate representation.
