Arran Scott Treadway

I interviewed with several attorneys before hiring an attorney and when I finally met Arran Scott Treadway, Esq., I could tell in the first minute this was the guy. He gave me 2 hours of free time to consult before I signed the intake paperwork. Once we got to work Mr. Treadway basically came in with... his team like the military and brought the other side to the bargaining table on a multimillion-dollar marital asset, i.e. large commercial building. The details were complex and we also had outstanding issues of custody, support, and further division of community debts. Within 3 months' time, and with the taking of the opposing party's deposition as well as other discovery instruments and a vocational evaluation, all was settled and each side paid their own attorney's fees and costs even though I was exposed to pay but did not thanks to my attorney. I was the female breadwinner in this marriage and felt like I was going to get raked in Court. But I didn't. All of the other issues worked out the way we planned as well. I was thrilled with the outcome and settlement. I cannot recommend this lawyer enough. I have already referred him to other members of my family and friends. This guy is top tier with the experience to prove it.

This guy is the terminator. I had a very complex divorce case in all areas from custody to support to finances to earning capacity. I went through 4 other attorneys before I was turned on to Arran Scott Treadway, Esq. THE TREADWAY LAW FIRM. Once Arran stepped in he and his team turned a very bureaucr...atic, obstinate and frankly purposefully difficult BIG law firm on their heads. Mr. Treadway made the other side realize that nobody is above the law no matter how long you've been at it. Mr. Treadway called out the opposing counsel ON PAPER FOR THE COURT, for being complacent and deliberately trying force me out of the litigation with time and expense. Mr. Treadway took swift action and within (2) months I had the most favorable custody judgment I could ask for, which was the most important thing. I don't know which was more satisfying, getting the favorable judgment, or watching the other side writhe in defeat. Then we got the other side to submit to a vocational evaluation by order of the Court. Then all other ancillary matters we are also handled like a precise military strike or something. Now the other side who has a blank check book got handled by a killer. After the threat of a deposition exclusively for the issues of support and attorney's fees the other side just paid up. If you want aggressive, tough representation who takes "yes" for an answer, hire this guy. Cannot come highly recommended enough. Don

One of the best attorneys I’ve ever had. Arran speaks eloquently in court and clearly gets the point across to the judge. Mr. Arran Treadway is wonderful. I think the prices are a little high, but that's part of the reason that people become professional attorneys. Arran Treadway is extremely professional and truly put my wants and needs first. He is very honest and isn't afraid to speak the truth. He will listen to wha...t you are going for, and be absolutely realistic and helpful with his professional advice. If I call and need to speak to him, he is either available-or he gets back to me the same day! This case is about my son. I live in Arlington, Texas and my son lives in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Treadway is able to speak to me and handle things very respectively, regardless of the fact I am halfway across the country. Mr. Treadway calls me every morning that we have court, about an hour before-and gives me an update on when he will be arriving and confirms with me the courtroom, and instructs me on where to go. I have been really messed with by the opposing party over the past 5 1/2 years, and Mr. Treadway shows no intimidation of them or their attorney. He knows the law and speaks what is best for his client, and the child. I am truly grateful for Mr. Treadway, and quite frankly wouldn't want anyone else representing me.
