I went to David when I found out that the CFO for our company had been diverted over $750,000 from the company so that the check for our bank loan had bounced! David dropped everything and put together a team that obtained a confession from the CFO and got him to agree to a repayment plan (with interest). In addition, he was also able to negotiate some breathing room with the bank until we could get back on our feet.
If it was not for him, we would have lost everything that we had worked for.

David promised to advocate on behalf of my 4 year old child who, according to the state of California's licensing board investigation, was intimidated, ridiculed and inappropriately touched by his teacher. David signed the retainer on 1-6-13, and after multiple excuses, he sent us an email on 4-12-13 saying that he was no longer going to be on the case. So my kid was violated by his teacher according to the state's own report and David sat on his rights for months. Call this lawyer right away - he sounds excellent.
Let's see what David says about why he sat on the rights of my 4 year old while misrepresenting himself constantly by promising to file.

Excellent lawyer. He was very attentive to my case and dedicated a lot of his time. He is very knowledgable and has innate litigating skills. I highly recommend him.
