Attorney Nicholas M. Wajda received his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Nicholas finished law school ranked first in his graduating class and was heavily involved in the Thomas Jefferson Law Review as both a writer and article’s editor.  In addition, Nicholas received recognition for his work as an articles editor for the law review, receiving the articles editor of the year award for 2007-2008.

Prior to law school, Nicholas attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina on a combination academic and athletic scholarship. Nicholas received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics while balancing a full schedule as a four year letterman on Furman’s Division I Varsity baseball team. During his senior season, Nicholas helped guide the Paladins to a Southern Conference (SoCon) Championship and a spot in the NCAA Regional Tournament.

Currently, Nicholas is licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada. Nicholas is admitted in the Central, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of California, as well as the District of Nevada. Throughout his career, Nicholas has filed over 2,000 successful bankruptcy cases and helped many other clients with their debt issues through non-bankruptcy avenues.  Along with his strong work ethic, Nicholas prides himself on being completely available for his clients. Because he feels that a good attorney should be there for his clients, Nicholas takes all his own calls and prides himself on maintaining fully open lines of communication with all of his clients.

Nick recently handled my bankruptcy with precision. My situation was very complex as it involved years of unfiled tax returns, a divorce among Covid and my business going under. It was a very emotional time however, Nick's steady hand kept it all on track and although there were bumps along the way, ultimately my bankruptcy was discharged. I found Nicholas on-line after doing a lot of research on bankruptcy. I was going through a tough time after a break up and after many conversations with Nick he said Chapter 13 was the best option for me since I had recently purchased a home and did not want to lose it. Nick was helpful and responsive as well as his assistant Lindsay. With filing, there are a lot of questions and they were both very helpful! I highly recommend the Wajda Group!

I was hurting and in a rocky situation with my finances. I could barely make ends meet and my credit card bills were out of control. I decided to look into bancruptcy as a possible solution.. i went to the legalzoom website to check on my options.. i called their number and after a few questions i was then informed that an attorney would contact me shortly. They referred me to wadja law group. Nick, from the moment we first talked were non judgemental and very understanding. He got me started with paperwork and after a few questions we were off and running for filing chapter 7. Nick was very understanding with my financially predictament that he offered a payment plan to fit my financial needs. Fantastic Law Office
Was given the Wajda law group info from a friend who told me she had a great experience. Boy was she right. Nick and associates were fantastic. They reassured me as I was nervous about the process of filing bankruptcy. They responded to phone calls and emails almost right way. Nick and his team seemed to be on the job 24/7. The issue with which I was dealing was stressful and what I thought would be complicated. After working with attorney Nick Wajda, all my fears subsided and my issue was resolved. I was able to contact Mr. Wajda at any time and always received a quick reply. i got to the point where I just "went with the flow" and whenever he contacted me, I did what he asked. I was very afraid of going through with this process but Wajda Law Group made my 1st time bankruptcy experience very quick and easy. Nicholas was there to answer all of my questions and phone calls. He made sure that he stayed in contact with me from start to finish. He offered different options of payment plans to help me with my bankruptcy process and I must say "it worked out for me very well". I only missed one day of work through the entire process and that was the court day. Filing a BK was new to me. Although I knew it was the best way to go, I was very uncomfortable and lacked confidence in myself. Quite a distance between us so I never met “Nick”.
