Very easy to talk to and nice
Yes they were very easy to talk to and nice but it's going to cost $1,400 for them to wipe out my debt and help me with the legal process. What I would like to know is has anybody been satisfied with the overall end result from this company? So far the reviews are from the beginning process. It's onl...

Couldn’t be more helpful and clear!
Couldn’t be more helpful and clear! I had another attorney before and they just kept tacking on more fees and the advice was inconsistent. The folks over here have been super accommodating and very clear on how to move forward. Tony whom I have been mostly speaking with was incredibly compassionate a...

Your company is crap
I paid in full and I sent all of my documents to your lawfirm and they didn't know where my documents were they called me and I told them that I faxed my documents in and the woman said that I didn't do it and my mom was the one that did it and we gave them the fax number and the woman said ok I foun...
To file a case, we are required to collect certain documents before the case can be filed. Faxing us documents is fine but you are told to follow up immediately upon sending the fax to make sure pages are not skipped or missed. I am not sure why there was a 4 month delay in you sending this and the communication with the firm, but yes, when that much time passes we are going to need the documents to be updated. We are happy to assist you in filing your case but we cannot permit verbal abuse to staff. If you want to call back and cooperate to turn in the documents we are asking for, we will be happy to move your case along.

Refuses to provide services paid for
Nick wadja was retained in June of 2022 and immediately paid in full for a bankruptcy. All required documents were submitted with in a week. No further action by this law group has been taken other than refusing to move forward and requesting I start over with all documentation requests and bankruptc...
Bennett, As we already explained to you, you paid the fees, you send in some of the documents (definitely was not everything we asked for) and then you did not reply to our email or calls or contact the firm for an entire 2 years. We are open 5 days per week for 12 hours per day so there is just simply no reason why you would have not communicated with us for 2 years unless you simply chose not to try. That is what I said to take responsibility for in your case. There is no fraud whatsoever as we want to help people. But we cannot help those that are not willing to help themselves. Nick Wajda
