I am sorry that you felt the need to say this but we are definitely not a scam. And a ponzi is really something claiming to invest money, which we never do so that seems just as off-based as the scam claim. Regardless, we are a legit law firm that helps people get out of debt.

Very disappointed

I am very disappointed in this company. I dealt with them for almost a year. I would send paperwork they requested. And then it would get rejected. I sent bank statements they got rejected. My interviews got rescheduled and rescheduled. Finally cancelled because I told them I don’t have check stubs. ...I’m in a separation and me and my spouse both can’t be on the phone at the same time due to work conflicts. I asked if I could remove my spouse and file separately. No because we signed together initially. So in cancelling my bankruptcy I only got 338.00 back because they did so much work. I’m like ok. I did so much work. I compiled paperwork together. Put it in order as requested. One group for me and one group for me husband. I did this several times. Looking for things requested. Sending things by priority mail. Doing the required courses. Called several times to try to speak to someone. Emailed several times. Once I speak to the females they were nice. Ed however is a hateful man whom should not be in customer service. I am out almost 1500. If I had that kind of money to throw around I wouldn’t have needed a bankruptcy in the first place

Documents do get rejected when you do not send in the format we are asking for or if you do not send what we are asking for. You are not actually out any money and we are more than happy to get your case filed but you simply must do the work on your end and provide the documents required under the Bankruptcy Code in order for us to file your case. I've got Cancer , poor health and being aggravated with this is only making my life more miserable! Someone should put a stop to this crap! Poor peopl...e shouldn't be scammed and still suffer from any illness.

Kathy, I received your email this morning and did not have a chance to respond until now. I am not sure why you felt it necessary to make this public but as we told you on 1/17 via email and as we told you on 1/22 when we called you and left a detailed voicemail, you have not turned in the required documents that we have been asking for in order to file your case. You are close to being filed but you must comply with our requests, in full, to get this case filed. Ultimately, the statement that nothing has been done is simply not true. When you, or any client, signs up with my firm we immediately start working on your case. We pull your credit report, we draft letters to send to your creditors, we send you a very detailed list of the documents we will need to file, and we complete the initial draft of your bankruptcy petition and schedules. In your situation, you finished paying our fees so you were sent, and you have fully reviewed and now signed, over 50 pages of completed forms that serve as your bankruptcy petition and schedules. So clearly you are aware that significant work has been done on your case at this point. We do offer payment plans, without interest, where yes, you are able to slowly pay off the fees, even over a year in some instances, while we are working on your case on the back-end, handling creditors for you, suing creditors if it comes to that, and available 12 hours per day via phone, email, or text for any questions or concerns that you may have. On that note, we are still here, and here 12 hours per day, to help you get this case filed. You do have to get us every single document we are are requesting and every single page within each document and then do multiple final reviews with our team and an attorney before we can file your case. If you are having trouble getting us something or understanding what we still need, you can call me directly any time M-F from 8-5 PST at 310-997-0471. Nicholas Wajda

Scam Scam Scam

I have been paying for a bankruptcy service for the past five months and nothing has been done. Collectors are contacting me. No case or any sign that any has been done. Collectors have not received anything from the law firm. If this is truly a Law firm. Feels like a scam. They get paid for nothing....

Because you left this as anonymous I am unable to look up the details of your case. However, generally speaking, as is fully explained and you get an email with the same instructions the day you hire the firm, we are not filing your case at the time you start to pay the fee but once you have paid the fees in full and turned in all required documents. Upon hiring the firm and starting the payments, which it sounds like you have, we spent time on the phone with you actually completing the first draft of your entire bankruptcy petition and schedules. During that same call, we would have pulled your credit report and emailed you specific letters that you were to mail to each creditor, and then send us a picture of those, to make the creditor calls stop. You also received email instructions, and were told, that if creditors still contact ed you after that to report such calls to [email protected]. Lastly, you have a full email with the contact phone number and email of every department in the firm, including the direct number of your attorney, so if you ever had questions about the status of your case or of what has been done, the appropriate thing to do would be to contact us instead of jumping online and writing a bad review.

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2023.

Reprimanded issued in NV, 2023

updated on 11/06/2023

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
