As the owner/principal of my firm, I handle both Workers' Compensation cases and Reproductive Law cases. If you have had a work injury, you are looking for someone you can actually speak to. I am a State Bar Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation and a partner of my firm. I handle all size cases from catastrophic injuries requiring lifelong future medical care to minor injuries where the injured worker just needs someone to help monitor the case. I help injured workers' and their families navigate this complicated process and pursue all of the benefits due to them.
As a Reproductive/Fertility Lawyer, I help explain long complicated contracts to egg donors, surrogates and intended parents (IP). I help remove the concern about the legal aspect so you can focus on your exciting journey in helping create a family. As a former IP, having had my daughter via surrogacy, my wife Emily and I are proud to be a part of this community and help others through the journey from a perspective of having been through it ourselves. Amazing!
