When I first contacted you, I didn’t know what to expect. Surly my expectations were low due to my experience elsewhere. The other lager firm left me in a pile of papers to be forgotten and dismissed. I was obviously not a priority as they wouldn’t even answer my questions or help me over the phone. ...They just said they would take my case and then ignored me giving me the runaround. I couldn’t even speak to any lawyers. I was always held up with their receptionist only to leave a message. No one would ever call me back. I was getting absolutely nowhere. I wasn’t getting any medical attention for my injuries and felt dismissed and hopeless in my situation. So hopeless that I began surcharging for someone who hopefully could help me.
