I hired Mr. Fields back in 2012 for my workman's comp case. I am glad I did. At first I was scared because I didn't know what to do should I hire a lawyer or not. I called him up. He explained to me the process of what I would be going through and I'm glad I went through with it. I went to his office... and a big relief fell off my chest. All my paperwork that I received from Sedgwick was denied, but when I hired him everything turned around for me. They got me to see doctors left and right. Due to Mr. Fields everything was being approved. 1 yr later I needed back surgery, It took a while but I had no choice but to do it. I recovered in about 7 months. I did a lot of physical therapy. I went back to work not 100% but about 75% but I cant complain I felt better than before. Mr. Field took care of all my paperwork. He was there if I had any questions. He and his secretary Imelda checked up on me from time to time and I liked that. If I had a problem I would call him or email him. They would respond in a timely manner. I called Attorney Field for a free consultation about a question about my disability claim with my employer. He really took the time to understand the whole situation and then gave me his honest advice on all possible outcomes and what I should do going forward. He was incredibly understanding and pe...rsonable. He also sounded extremely knowledgeable about workman's comp and stress related litigation. If and when I am ready to sue my employer I will definitely be calling on Attorney Field. At the end of the call I really felt like I was his client already.
