I am an accomplished civil litigator focused on resolving personal injury cases. My focus over the last 30 years has been representing personal injury victims. After graduating from Southwestern Law School in May of 1983, I was admitted to the California State Bar in January of 1984. I founded my own practice in January of 1994 specializing in all matters personal injury, which includes wrongful death, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, automobile vs. pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and dog bites. I have successfully represented accident victims in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Whether my clients reside in the Greater Los Angeles area, Orange County, Riverside County, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, or San Bernardino County, I strive to be accessible and responsive.
I have an established reputation within the legal community for achieving excellent results for his clients. I pay attention to each client’s case using his legal skills, experience, extensive knowledge of medical terminology, and attention to detail.
Since I began my professional career, I have been an active member of my professional and philanthropic community. In 1996, I became involved in ProVisors, a networking organization that has grown from 300 to over 4,500 trusted advisors since joining. I have acted as a Group Leader for over 11 years. In addition, I have been a member of the Solo and Small Firm Section of the State Bar of California since 2004. I acted as an Executive Committee Member for his first four years of joining and then transitioned to an Advisor for 2 years. As of September 2017, I was appointed to, once again, serve on the Executive Committee. Over the past five years, I have spoken at the annual State Bar meeting and/or Section Education Institute on such topics as handling a plaintiff’s case, law firm technology, legal ethics and immigration issues in personal injury cases. Since 2011, I actively raise money by running marathons to support Concern Foundation, a charity specializing in Cancer research.
