Christina Cheung is a Partner at Allred, Maroko & Goldberg, practicing in California and New York. She represents employees in cases involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as survivors of child sexual abuse by authority figures.
Since joining Allred, Maroko & Goldberg in 2011, Ms. Cheung has recovered millions of dollars for clients nationwide and is known for her compassionate and fierce advocacy. She cares deeply about her clients and will fight vigorously to protect her client's privacy rights in litigation. She previously worked at the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division- Employment Litigation Section.
A Georgetown University graduate, Ms. Cheung earned her law degree from the UCLA School of Law, where she was mentored by Vicki Schultz, a renowned scholar in employment discrimination and sexual harassment law.
Ms. Cheung has been recognized as a SuperLawyer in Employment Law since 2021, an honor awarded to the top 5 percent of all attorneys in California. She is a certified yoga instructor, integrating mindfulness and empathy into her legal practice.
