Sean C Sobottka

I hired Sean to help me through a tough year and a half custody battle with the mother of my son. My ex went as far as making false accusations so that she could attempt to get a restraining order on me. She knew our son wanted to live with me more than her and she wanted to tarnish my clean reputati...on. I'm so glad that I had him representing me. The accusations that were being put on me would have been life changing had it gone the other way. He was able to expose her demeanor and inconsistencies. He then went to work to help me through the custody battle and assisted me in getting my son to be home with me more. He's kind, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and will offer his best advice. All cases are different and alike in some ways but the fear, stress, nervousness, and/or anxiety we get is the same. When I met Sean Sobbottka, I was in such a bad place mentally, I had lost all hope. My husband blindsided me took our daughters and made false child abuse reports against me to DCFS. I really didn't know what to do or if I would even get them back. I was so unprepared for the battle, I was only w...orking part time, I didn't have a car, and I had very little in my savings. I have custody of my daughters with reasonable visitation orders for their father, I was awarded spousal supposal support, he got my child support orders modified to the correct amount. He freed me! I have my own car, my own apartment, a nice amount in my saving, but what was most important is that he helped me get my power back! He was truly a Godsend! I would recommend him to any and everyone! There's no words to describe how he helped change my life for the better.
