Matthew helped me with clearing the title of the my house for sale. The lot number was switched with another house 2 doors up. It had belonged to the same trust bequeathed to 2 sisters and lot numbers were mixed up. When house up the hill went through a sale in 2016 jun, the discrepancy was discovere...d and new deed was prepared, however the title company that handled that sale only went to the county recorder to record the deed, but neglect to file new deed with the Assessor Office. When my house was ready for sale it showed I do not have clear title because lot indicated another house. It sounded simple but was most complicated because of various title companies, county departments that had to be involved.
