Professional Prompt Persistent

I received a notice from my bank that there was a levy on all of my accounts from a contested $376 Citibank transaction from over 15 years ago. It had snow balled to $11,000. I’m just a psych nurse who works the nightshift caring for patients too compromised with mental illness to remain at Twin Tow...ers. Sanaz was careful to never let me feel ashamed or judged. She explained everything in ways that I could understand and calmed my down from my own panic attacks, really. Her and Chris worked around my crazy asleep all day schedule yet remained incredibly prompt. I know that couldn’t have been easy. What was easy was trusting her. We managed to get everything done electronically I never missed one shift at the hospital. Persistent? She negotiated my case down by just over 68% stopped the harassment and even gave me back something for being a healthcare professional. I recommend her to colleagues friends and family. Truly an angel at my time of need. Thank you so much

Great Lawyer - Super Efficient

She and her team took care of a chapter 7 Bankruptcy for me and my wife. Her and Chris did an outstanding job, with our case. I highly recommend Sanaz. She also referred us to a lawyer that sued 5 companies that we owed money too. They called too much trying to collect and they ended up paying us. Yo...u can't go wrong here.

I was referred to Sanaz Bereliani through my company. I called late in the afternoon and I received a call back the very same evening. After our first meeting I was confident she understood my concerns about bankruptcy and and could assist me through the process. Ms. Bereliani has great knowledgeab...le regarding Bankruptcy, Debt and Debt Settlement. She handled my creditors, took their calls and provided the details, all the stressful aspects when going through Bankruptcy. Professional Council as if it came from a supportive family member

After years of despair by mounting creditors, legal threats, and years of overwhelming debt, I put my trust in Sanaz Bereliani to aid me through bankruptcy proceedings. I talked with some family and friends whom have previously had to make this tough choice, but they were all living in other states. ...At wits end and nowhere left to turn I randomly found Sanaz's firm through a google search. Is it possible to feel like you hit the lotto while filing for bankruptcy? Well, okay, I didn't hit the 'lotto' but what I got was the perfect representation I could possibly ask for. I knew nothing about what I was about to embark upon. Sanaz took the time to explain each step along the way anytime I had questions. Her patience in explaining my options immediately calmed my anxieties. I was in good hands and I knew it. Letters from creditors could probably stack waist high and I didn't know what to make of them. She went through the letters one by one to obtain the information she needed. After my first meeting with her. PHone calls, letters and harassment immediately came to a stop. We took the proper steps to file and she was always available when needed. As long as you are honest about everything that you are facing, she can find the best solution for you. From the beginning there was this feeling that Sanaz was a friend, but a friend that never slide away from professional, legal representation, if that makes sense. Final results - Full discharge and a fresh start. I feel clean and ready to make responsible decisions again. She may not agree with my next statement but I will add anyone who has found them self to be caught in a web of overwelhming debt, stop trying to breathe when you are drowning. Drain the water! Filing for bankruptcy shouldnt be shamed. It's a great safety net that we are awarded in this country and you can truly get a fresh start after doing so.
