Bankruptcy Lawyer

I hired Sanaz Bereliani to file my bankruptcy and i have to say. It was absolutely seamless. Shes is fantastic. She made it so easy and quick. I truly had such a great experience and am so happy with what she did for me. I highly recommend her!!!!!

Bereliani Law Firm is the right choice!

Bereliani Law Firm went beyond my expectations! Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized. I am self employed, my case was more in depth. I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 ...because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk! Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check! She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items. The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13…. Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it. Sanaz and her team are the ones you want to represent you!!! Worth every dollar!!! Thank you Sanaz!!!

Simply the BEST !!

Bereliani Law Firm is the BEST! After vetting a few bankruptcy attorneys, I hired Sanaz & her team. Sanaz is extremely knowledgeable of bankruptcy law, trustworthy, straightforward, communicative & responsive, and has a compassionate heart. She answered my numerous questions, met with me in person, a...nd helped ease my worries, making the stress of this whole ordeal more manageable & easier to navigate. Highly recommend her firm for their extensive knowledge base, professionalism, and excellent work!!

I hired Sanaz to represent me in my bankruptcy, couldn’t have picked a more knowledgeable and personable person. Sanaz took her time and kept in constant communication with me. Anytime I needed to speak with them or I had a question they were always just a call away. The whole team was great to work ...with, Chris in particular did a lot of the leg work and no matter how many silly questions I had he was always professional and helpful. I couldn’t have picked a better lawyer to represent me and would definitely recommend this firm.
