Joe Utzurrum

I have only known Joe for two years but in that short time he has represented me in two separate trade name/trade mark infringement cases. Joe puts your mind at ease with his patient counsel, yet he is a tireless researcher that digs into complex issues and case law to back your position. In the cour...troom he is calm, likeable and tenacious. Hard working and compassionate. When I was worried and called him, no matter what time it was, he was there to reassure me all would be well. Our first case was a slam dunk win and I expect the current case to be the same. I highly recommend Joe to any prospective client no matter what the case is. I know that Joe will be my attorney for any future cases and I cannot say enough how much he has helped me. An outstanding attorney and human being!

Professional and comforting

I have used Joe Utzurrum in an official capacity more than half a dozen times over 15 years. The reason I keep working with him is because of his capacity to learn the issues regardless of the business I am in and execute on time and with a great strategy. In the courtroom he is appealing, well spoke...n and like able which brings the jury to his position more often than not, while as a transactional attorney he is very effective and experienced. Definitely the most well rounded attorney I know and one I plan to keep using!

We could not have been more pleased with Mr. Utzurrums work. We were able to create an LLC that covered all of the areas we required while he explained each step clearly making sure we understood every aspect. Mr. Utzurrum has handled many law related inquires for myself and family. Although he does not specialize in medical issues he knowledge base is diverse and he is passionate about the law and a trustworthy servant to those who seek out his assistant.

Mr. Joe Utzurrum, Attorney

Mr. Utzurrum took my case on contingency even though there was not a big sum of money to be had if we won my case. He did believe right away my rights as a Tenant was severely violated by the Landlord. He also was very accessible by phone, text or email and answered all the questions I had. He c...oached me through the deposition and interrogatories, keeping me informed about what was next in the procedures. He got a good settlement for me which hopefully made the Landlord stop his unruly ways. I would highly recommend Mr. Utruzzum as an Attorney to anyone.
