outstanding attorney

I retained Ms. Mebtahi to handle a very complicated child support case for me few months ago. i had three open cases in different jurisdictions with two different moms one of whom had kept on moving from one state to another and opening up different cases in different jurisdictions. My life was a me...ss with my driver's license and my professional license suspended. Wages garnished for 50 percent, bank levies and on and on. Even I could't figure out what was going on. It wasn't long before Ms. Mebtahi did her homework and informed me about my issues and how we could resolve them. In the past I had spoken to other attorney's who didn't even know how to approach this case But Ms. Mebtahi somehow managed to bring a motion for all these cases and straighten everything out for me so that i can start living again. Thank you Ms. Mebtahi for bringing peace and security back into my life. Your professionalism and knowledge saved my life. I would definitely recommend Ms. Mebtahi for all child support cases. And i didn't even had to appear in court.

Excellent Attorney who gets results!

_______Highly Recommend__________________________________________________________________________________________________ A little over a year ago I approached Attorney Elena Mebtahi to represent me in matters stemming from my divorce from the mother of my two children. Before meeting Ms. Meb...tahi I had been in and out of court for over ten years battling a multitude of court actions filed by my former wife including, civil and possibly criminal contempt actions, child support arrears and possibly additional alimony. Previous to Ms. Mebtahi I had paid thousands of dollars to a "high profile Beverly Hills" attorney to resolve these matters. However over the ten year period I retained his services, rather than getting nearer to a resolution, these contrast matters continued to get delayed over and over again. Unfortunately for me this indeterminable delay in the resolution of these matters resulting in a mountain of ever growing attorney fees and costs. In stark contrast, the first step Ms. Mebtahi took once I fired my former attorney and hired her was to sit me down and outline a game plan. One that was certain to finally end my divorce nightmare within a reasonable period of time. More important during the course of our relationship she followed that strategy so I was never in the dark. If I had questions she was readily available. However, most important she combined two skill sets which one rarely finds in the same attorney; the ability to be a lion in court but also the negotiating savvy to strike deals with the other side in order to avoid pro longed litigation. I recommend the services of Attorney Elena Mebtahi without qualification or reservation. She was absolutely critical in resolving my case within the period of time she warranted and did so on very reasonable terms. And lastly, we were able to negotiate a very reasonable price and payment terms for her services taking into account my particular circumstances. Sincerely, Satisfied Client

Traffic Violation

Highly Recommended

Elena Mebtahi worked on a child support case for me. Her legal knowledge of the issues involved was excellent, she knew the ins and outs of the court system well, and was very skilled in her representation. She is also a kind, thoughtful person, who listened to me in a helpful, non judgmental manne...r. I would definitely recommend her and would not hesitate to use her services again.

Excellent Lawyer

This lawyer was extremely knowledgeable. She handled a couple PI cases for me and was very competent and always returned my phone calls and kept me informed. I got a very good settlement because of her and there was no hassle for me. I got discounts on medical bills and she handled every detail. She ...processed the fixing of my car and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend her. I am extremely happy with her services. She was very considerate, caring and attentive. She took over the entire case and handled everything.
