Best attorney in southern California

Elena, Is the greatest. She has represented me several times and does a great job every time. She takes command of the court room and takes over the court room. Men you do not want any other attorney. She got my child support dismissed. When was the last time you herd of a man getting his child su...pport dismissed- never, not Elena she went to that court room and took over!! This last trial she was able to confirm me getting custody of my son and the tax benefits!! This attorney rocks!! I have never had a problem with her or her staff. They all have been very kind and professional to me. Those you that have written bad reviews you need to check your self and your responsibilities and expectations. I have never had a problem with Elena or her staff. Ask questions up front- she will answer them. This is a very, very good attorney. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Beyond Excellence, Just Awsome Representation !

Recently I was served by DCSS for child support arrears in axcess of $48,000 plus, with an accruing interest rate that is out of control . I would be trying to pay this off for the rest of my life. I have to say DCSS is Ruthless ! Everytime I went to court by myself to lower it, I would endup payin...g more. Needless to say, I was affraid, and now i need an attouney to represent me. After researching many lawyers, I came accross Elena Mebtahi's website, she had the expierience and skill set to handle my issue. I gave her a call and immediately she put me at ease, she said not to worry, I can get you a low monthly payment. After a few phone calls with her, we were ready to meet in court with DSCC, we sat down with the attourney representing DSCC, and immediately Elena went to work negotiating a better deal for me, I sat back and was amazed by her vast knowledge and expierience in this matter, she was totally looking out for my best interest. By the time the smoke cleared, she had negotiated a small lump sum compromise that would nock the total to, ZERO MONEY OWED !!!! I am free and clear.. I went from paying for life, to Zero Money Owed.. I recommend Elena Mebtahi's services to everyone, check her website out. With 20 years expierience as a attourney she is very affordable...

child support issues

I highly recommend Elena Mebtahi to anyone who is having child support issues. After searching and calling many lawyers, who wanted to charge a high exorbitant fee that I would have been paying, the rest of my life, I found Elena Mebtahi’s website, she had experience in the exact issues I was having,... garnished wages, also back pay (arrears) if you lose your job or become disabled forget it. Your arrears will just add on and on, before you know it, you now owe thousands of dollars, your license will be suspended (now you can’t drive to work) DCSS does not care!!! The system is stacked against the paying parent. Never mind that I love my children and trying to do the right thing (funny thing is do they monitor the other parent’s income? As much as they do mine?) Do Not go by yourself to court, that is why I am recommending Ms.Mebtahi, she charged a very affordable flat fee, that I was able to pay, she is very competent, professional, personable, compassionate. I am very satisfied.

Excellent Representation!

Attorney Mebtahi is no doubt the best!!! My husband and I secured her for a bogus child support case he had from a previous marriage, and she saved us a total of $92(k). From start to finish, she and her team were responsive. We were a bit apprehensive in the beginning since the case origina...ted out of California, thus requiring us to hire an attorney from there (even though we live in Missouri). Communication and trust were key since we relied on her to respond to all of our inquiries via phone and email, and trust that the money we authorized to be debited from our credit/debit cards would not be spent in vain. For this reason, we highly recommend her services for any child support case that needs to be modified. Her professionalism, flexibility and attention to detail added to the successful outcome, and we greatly appreciate working with someone of her knowledge and expertise. Elena is the truth and definitely our California attorney.
