Biography
I am an aggressive civil litigator who fiercly advocates for employees' interests against their current and former employers. My legal team and I have taken on some of the worst, bad-acting employers, insurers, and shady cannabis business people.
We have recovered huge sums for our clients who have experienced money damages and emotional distress, amounting to the millions. We regularly achieve six-figure results for our clients for unlawful retaliation, wrongful termination and discrimination in the workplace, including for seuxal hostile environment and battery. But, it's important to note that no attorney including us can guarantee results and each case result is dependent upon the underlying facts.
In 2005, I received my B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and then in 2008, my J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
