This is never a fun process whether it is bankruptcy or debt settlement that leads you here it is gut wrenching and demeaning. Jeff was amazing. He never once made us feel less. And he took care of everything. From the moment we said go the phones stopped ringing and we never spoke to a creditor agai...n. I recently completed a Chapter 13, which was successfully discharged. It has been a long journey, and Jeff and his team have given me unwavering support. About 5 years ago, I came into the office, ashamed and broken, and on my third BK consultation. I went with the firm, mainly because Jeff was a) k...nowledgeable, b) non-judgmental, and c) efficient. And that is what I continued to get over the years, even when I personally stumbled and had difficulties. Most people will tell you that few Chapter 13 plans make it to the end. Atty. Wishman is a great attorney and helped us during a very scary time in our life. We went into his office with a lot of stress and anxiety, and he really just put our minds at ease. Even after we paid and our case was filed, every time I had a question (which was quite a few times ), we were able... to get a hold of him directly.
