Elliot did an incredible job with my case. He reduced my DUI to a Wet reckless!!! Back in October of 2014, I was charged with a DUI. When I first started calling different attorneys, I kept hearing the same responses from all of them. However, I knew that there was something different about Elliot.... He right away cared about my case and jump into finding out what was out there to help me. He was the only one that followed up with me and answered all my questions. I was completely clueless with how a DUI process worked, so I'm glad i was able to find someone that was willing to help me and represented me in my case. To my dismay I found out I had a four month old warrant for failure to pay on a third DUI offense. Here I was three classes away from my exit interview for my 18 month program and thinking all was fine. Boy was I scared. The thought of going back before the judge to attempt to recall a warrant for un...knowingly violating the terms of my probation literally made me dizzy. I did not know where to turn. As a single mother with no income and no drivers license, I had little to offer the court if I went in myself. Spending two nights freaking out, not sleeping and crying non stop was not the answer.
