Mark Russ is an amazing attorney. We were in desperate need of an attorney in an emergency situation with our daughter. Mark Russ is an amazing attorney and caring individual. We didn't know where to turn for help when our 23 year old daughter that had moved recently from Texas to California for a job had a bi polar mental relapse one morning and we called 911 for help only to find she ended up being thrown into jail... by the police that showed from the call.
