Highly Recommended

It's not a time in my life that I like to look back at. I was on my way to work on my motorcycle, next thing I knew a car had hit me and I was on the ground. I felt weak, helpless, and scared. I remember being rushed to the emergency room placed under an x ray and then taken to another room, where I ...would learn the injuries I sustained. I was referred to Brian by a friend of the family. And after researching I decided Brian's office would be worth the call. Soon after that Brian invited me to his office to discuss what happened the day of the accident. I was impressed by how well he received me. He listened to me patiently and after I was done he explained everything that could happen with great detail and I knew that I could trust him to take my case. Brian pulled out all the stops for me and I mean all the stops. He was able to find great doctors in my area that were able heal my leg and amazing physical therapy near my home to start walking again. At the same time he was able to track down very accurate witnesses who gave amazing testimonies. There was also the fact that a cop, who wasn’t even present for the accident, had written a completely deceptive report. And having used a testimony Brian had gotten from a witness acquired by the use of an independent investigator Brian was able to turn the case around. He did an amazing job of keeping me informed every step of the way. A few months passed by and I let him know that I was feeling great discomfort in my knee and he immediately got me an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon who was able to fix my knee. He also treated my case with the help of the office of Nick Movaghar and Steve Yamin. Steve, equally amazing, attended every meeting with fully prepared notes, documents and information. Steve also accompanied me during the deposition and helped me feel at ease. He stated all the facts of my case with quick and superb detail; giving the air of a truly confident professional. Brian was fierce during the meetings. I remember we went to two mediations and had to leave both times because he was not pleased with the offers they made. I could only imagine how hard he fought for me when I wasn’t there. Then one day I got a call from him with great news that it had finally been resolved. The fact that Brian’s office is in Downtown L.A., the accident happened in the western part Riverside County, I live in the central part of Riverside County, and the defendant was in New York did not deter Brian from going all the way to New York and getting the deposition where he got the defendant to admit his fault in the incident. I only mention that to give you an idea of how dedicated to my case Brian was. I don’t think there is any reality in which anyone could have handled my case as diligently as Brian and Steve did. At the end of it I was able to have all my medical bills paid off and reimbursed, as well as damages and expenses to my property. I was also able to keep a sizable portion to myself. I’m still not happy about the day of the accident and I wish it didn’t happen. I don’t think anyone would. But I’m glad I’m alive and well today. And I am honored that I was able to have been referred to and meet someone as dedicated and amazing as Mr. Brian Breiter.

A TRUSTWORTHY AND GREAT ATTORNEY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was hit by a car in a pedestrian/traffic accident while I was walking to the gym about 9 months ago. There was damage to my face/head and body as a result of the accident. I didn't know what to do in this situation. My husband found Brian Breiter on Yelp and contacted him because of the many pos...itive reviews he had on his attorney profile. Brian was very helpful and put my mind at ease. He was always available when I needed to contact him. Although my health insurance did not cover the treatments that I required, Brian was able to get me all the medical attention I needed without delay. He got me an orthopedic surgeon, neurologist, plastic surgeon, physical therapist and psychotherapist... and they were all great! Brian also worked very hard to get me the maximum amount allowed on the drivers insurance. After I received the settlement, he continued to represent me and fought to reduce all of my medical bills. I'm still recovering from the accident, but I honestly feel that without Brian's help, things could've been much worse. Although the accident was painful and traumatic, I'm thankful I survived and I'm also thankful that I was able to find Brian and his team to represent me. They took care of everything and let me focus on my recovery. I would enthusiastically recommend Brian Breiter to anyone that has been in an accident and needs an attorney! Brian and his team are the best!

Great lawyer

I highly recommend Brian Breiter ...when I needed a lawyer for one of my relatives a few years ago, he promptly came to the rescue and helped me find someone locally that he recommended. Since then he is the guy I call for legal work. He is very straight forward and practical when trying to find so...lutions to complicated problems. In addition, He has a great sense of humor and keeps things light hearted. More recently I have requested his opinion several times regarding assorted legal matters and he seems to simplify things to expedite the process. If you get injured in a dept store Brian will get you through the process quickly and make sure you are taken care of. If I have a need for a lawyer again Brian is the person I will call...don't even hesitate if you need a lawyer, call Brian !

Great Car Accident lawyer

After browsing the top Los Angeles and Orange County lawyers who dealt with car accidents I chose Brian. I was involved in auto accident with a total loss to my car and bodily injuries. Brian fought to get the maximum insurance policies from all insurance companies. I'm very impressed with Brian's la...w office being organize with my paperwork. I never had to resend multiple times documentation that I sent before. My e-mails were always replied back with reasonable amount of time which is difficult to achieve with a lawyer of this caliber. Do yourself a favor and asked Brian what type of low-level paperwork you can complete by yourself so that you can free up his time on where he shines the best: negotiating policy limits and dealing with the insurance companies. My experience with Brian was no where near the horrors of other lawyers and large law firms who backlog your case until you're financially bankrupt. Thanks Brian, Mark and Rita for all the help.
