Thankful For This Team!

My fiancé was hit by a car in 2019 while crossing a crosswalk. It was an incredibly devastating moment and she was lucky to be alive after a fractured wrist, broken bones in her foot, and abrasions all over her body. Not to mention the new reality of rehabilitation both psychologically and physically... at the age of 24. Neither of us had been in a situation like that before. We didn’t understand how quickly we needed to act w/ finding legal help, and to be honest, we didn’t have the energy to deal with a big search at the time. Luckily, my fiancé’s sister came across the Law Offices of Brian Breiter online. She read a lot of great reviews and really liked what she saw on the website. Coincidentally, a day later, after telling a friend of mine about the accident, they also recommended Brian’s office for representation. Brian and his colleague Peter actually came to our apartment to meet with us because my lady was in no condition to leave. I’ll never forget how great they were that evening. We were down to 2 final choices for representation and Brian’s presence during that visit sealed the deal for her. My fiancé went with his office, and nearly 2.5 years later, I can’t tell you all how happy we are with our choice. The communication was totally transparent during these tough times. Brian and team were VERY clear as to the steps my fiancé needed to take in order to give herself the best shot at a fair settlement/trial result. There were times that months went by without any action, any results, any anything… but Brian told us that there would be some slow moments. She needed to heal and the only way that was going to happen was to give it time. So even in those frustrating moments when it seemed like “DOES ANYBODY CARE ABOUT THIS TRAGEDY?!” … we had to remember to play it cool and keep in mind what our lawyer told us. Long story short, my fiancé just settled her case and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. She listened to all of their advice and then let them handle it. Although it took awhile, we had to remind ourselves that her accident occurred pre-pandemic. So, naturally, that slowed things down. But even in the middle of that mess, we were always able to reach the office with questions or status updates. If you are pondering choices in the Los Angeles area as to who should represent you in your injury-related accident, I highly recommend the Law Offices of Brian Breiter, LLP.

Above and Beyond

I called Brian when I was confused and scared about a legal situation. He responded quickly and explained that he was unable to help as what I needed was out of his scope of business. I replied back to thank him for responding so quickly and asked him another question out of desperation thinking he... would not answer but it was worth a shot. Much to my surprise he not only responded but said he would take time to talk to me and explain the process. Please remember - he has already told me that he cannot assist with my particular situation so he had nothing to gain and yet he took the time to call me and walk me through the process and what I needed to do next. I hope I am never in need of his services, but if I am I will definitely call because finding people who are qualified and who care is difficult!

They’re the real Avengers.

They will take great care of you, and provide whatever assistance you need. They’re the real Avengers. I cannot recommend this office enough! I was rear ended by truck hauling lumber which totaled my car and injured my back. The other driver could not provide proof of insurance, and the police ...did not provide any help whatsoever. A friend advised me to consult a personal injury attorney, specifically the Law Offices of Brian Breiter. Their offices were closed on the day of the accident however, he was able to provide a cell phone number and I was able to get the ball rolling on everything I had to do. Your auto insurance company is out to make the costs of your accident as least expensive as possible, with zero regard to your health, your safety, or your physical well-being. Brian Breiter and his team seek to get you justly compensated for whatever property and physical damage you may have suffered and will potentially suffer years from now. They took care of everything, provided a rental car, set me up with The Joint and Spine Institute with Dr. Beny Charchian and his incredible team, scheduled an MRI, and also kindly offered to provide ride service to my appointments. The Law Office was very clear as to what I could expect and not only did they meet all those expectations, they exceeded all my wildest dreams. The spine specialist he set me up with, Dr. Beny Charchian, will also be getting raving reviews from me. The treatment he and his team provided alleviated all of my back pain. That is not hyperbole, my back feels incredible. A teacher and mentor of mine once told me, “if I had to choose between my manager/agent or my lawyer, I’m keeping my lawyer over anyone else, any day of the week.” Now I know why. Aside from my family I don’t think anyone has every advocated or fought for me as hard as Brian Breiter and his team. They were always just one phone call away. Due to the pandemic, I did not get to meet Brian until after my case had settled. When we finally met it felt like meeting up with a friend. I Highly Recommend Brian & His Team. Look No Further

There honestly aren’t enough good things to say about Brian Breiter & his office. I met Brian when he came to see me in the hospital after I was hit by a car that ran a red light while I was crossing the street on foot. I had fractures in both legs, multiple vertebrae, my left arm & face, as well ...as two joints in my right arm that had to be completely rebuilt. It was a lot to handle physically, mentally, and emotionally. And I needed help with the legal side of things. I was very quickly struck by Brian’s warm personality & his sense of humor, not to mention impressed with his knowledge & manner. Though not being able to move much & in a considerable amount of pain, talking with Brian & trading quips during that meeting made me feel quite good. I had met with some other lawyers, but it was obvious to me & the others in the room that I had found the person I wanted to work with. There was honestly no competition. Along with Brian, I worked with the brilliant Mark Rubashkin. They counseled me through the process, kept me updated with how the case was progressing & checked in on me to see how I was doing. It was clear that they & their team not only cared for me as a client, but as a person. My case was spread over a few years, and they were always available to talk & answer any questions I had. I also worked with Omar Roque, a paralegal in their office, who is amazing. Working on the legal case while also focusing on my physical rehabilitation was a lot to keep organized, and whenever I was stressed out about it, after speaking with Brian, Mark or Omar I always felt more relaxed & reassured. Brian is simply the best in the game.

I do not write reviews very often but in this case, as I was helped by other reviewers who took the time to write review about Brain, I had to write this as this may help another person in need. If you are reading this and thinking about getting a lawyer, I would say stop here and call Brian’s offic...e right away. Don’t think if he and his team will help or not, or will you get anything out of the case, or will it be more stressful to deal with lawyers along with your personal injuries/loss. Once you call him, you will feel that the huge mountain has been taken off your shoulder. Then you can 100% focus on taking care of yourself and your loved ones. Brian is a real personal injury lawyer as he takes your case personally. In June 2017, our family CRV was T-boned while our car was passing through the intersection. The CRV was totaled. It was a terrible crash. My wife had 7 fractures; my mother had both her wrists fractured. Fortunately my 3-month-old son in the car seat and myself were not injured. It was a nightmare. It took me more than 2 months to start looking for lawyers as I wanted to take care of my family first. I went online to look for lawyers with 5-star rating and shortlisted 2 of them. One was Brian’s firm as he had hundreds of great reviews and another one who also had good reviews (~ 20 reviews) and was close by my home. I made an appointment and visited this lawyer’s office close to my home. He had his table full of papers and first thing he said to me was , “ See I am very busy and I do not take small cases but he will take mine” At that moment I knew he is not the right lawyer and maybe not that busy too. Later I found out the doctor that he recommended me for my family also had bad reviews online. Then I called Brian’s office. He listened to my story with patience, gave me free advice for next steps, and said that I can call him back if I have any more questions. I immediately asked for the appointment to see him in person and discuss my case. Brain and Mark and one more person took me to a room. Empty table, no distractions, and all 3 of them just focusing on me. I told them everything about injuries, emotional stress, financial situation and worries about the future of my case. I still remember, first thing Brian asked was do I need any help right now. This is what makes him different from others. They were quick to analyze the case and agreed to help me and said they will get the maximum from the third-party insurance and will not negotiate a dollar less. He also recommended Dr Matthew Enna for follow up treatment. That doctor has got best reviews too. That day I felt relaxed for the first time after the accident. They always kept me informed. They got all the documents, medical reports, medical liens details, by themselves. Only thing I had to do was to wait patiently. Brian and team were kicking all the opponents at the right spots. After 2.5 years, I got checks for myself and my mother. They got the maximum limit from the insurance for me and for my mother as promised. My wife situation was more complex. I thought, my wife we will not get much from the 100K limit as medical insurance provider had already spent 250K on her treatment and were eligible to receive credit. But Brian and team negotiated with the medical insurance provider to take only 26K. As it was only fair that everyone gets benefited fairly from the settlement including us. They gave a huge check for my wife too. Brian is also very generous and always thinks about you first while sending checks. In the end Brian called me and asked about my family’s well-being and made sure everything else is fine too. And advised us to call him if we need any more help or have questions. From start to end, Brian and team were sincere, honest and caring. It was like having an extended family. Today, I am writing this review from my 5-bedroom home, bought from the money I received from this case. Thank you Brian and team.
