The Best!

Brian Breiter and his team were outstanding! We met under the worst circumstances one could imagine. In January of this year I lost my only daughter at age 31 to a horrible and tragic car accident in Los Angeles. She was a passenger in the car and died at the scene. She couldn’t speak for herself and... that’s when Brian stepped in to represent her and her rights in a wrongful death claim. At that time of grief, pain and unbearable loss, I don’t think I would’ve managed had It not been for Brian’s professional help and compassion. He was not just an attorney, but also became my grief counselor and a compassionate friend who really cared and carried me through the whole legal process. His professionalism in working through all the details and negotiations for a fair settlement with the insurance was a comfort to me. Wrongful Death

On October 27, 2015 my brother was killed in a tragic accident. He was riding his bike home from the beach. A semi with a shipping container was traveling the same way as he was, he was going under a bridge at the same time as the semi with the shipping container. As the semi made its way under t...he bridge the load was too high, the shipping container clipped the top of the bridge and fell onto my brother as he was riding his bike and killed him instantly. My brother was my everything, he was the only one left out of my immediate family. I’ll never forget the night, the coroner came to my house as soon as he introduced himself as the coroner I knew that my brother was dead. I remember all my family coming over that night and the next morning there was all different news vans sitting in front of my house channel 7 channel 9 channel 4.etc... they were pounding on my door at 7:30 8 o’clock in the morning, I never once gave the news a statement, I was too distraught so my cousins would always tell them to go away. Then I had a lot of lawyers waiting in front of my house because they wanted my business, I also had a couple of shady characters trying to get me to hire them to represent my brothers case, when I say shady I mean they were trying to do anything and everything to get me to hire them. At this point I did not know what to do so I started researching lawyers and Brian’s name came up. His name came up actually several times with 100% success rate. I finally met with Brian and my family was telling me that I should meet with at least three more lawyers to get a second and third opinion. At this time I really didn’t feel like meeting with different lawyers I just didn’t have the energy I felt so drained from everything. After I met with Brian my cousins and I went to go have some Pho, and on the fortune cookie that I got it said your first choice will be the wisest to follow at this time. After that fortune cookie I knew that Brian was my first choice and he was the wisest choice. So I highly recommend Brian he’s one of the best trial lawyers around or to me is the best! 2 1/2 years later it was bittersweet but my brothers case was finally settled and Brian did an amazing job even though there’s no amount of money that can bring my brother back, Brian made sure that I got the max amount. The Best Lawyer!

Last year while my dad was picking up supplies for work at a warehouse experienced a fatal fall and was rushed to the hospital. When my family and I arrived to the hospital the doctor told us that the fall damaged his brain significantly and that they tried their best to stop the swelling but it was ...already too late. My dad was brain dead and passed away. This death left my family in shock. My dad was a good man and loved our family. He worked long hours just to provide for us and so that my mom would not have to. Him passing away not only broke our hearts but also put my family in a tough situation. After the tragic incident, my family and I did not know what to do. But then our attorney introduced us to Brian and Mark. My mom and I walked into their office still heartbroken and afraid what was going to happen next. But Brian and Mark really made us feel safe and they took care of us. During the process they told us step by step what we needed to do and what they were going to do. They handled the case very well and made us feel little bit more at ease with situation. It was hard for me and my mom to speak in front of them about what happened due to the fact that we were still in shock but Brian and Mark were professional and patient with us. They really did care about us and wanted to do what was right to help us. When me and my mom left their office we knew that we were in good hands. After a year or so of hard work from the team and our attorney I can say that me and my family were taken care of in the end.

No sabía qué hacer y me siento completamente perdido. Mi buen amigo ha conocido a Brian Breiter personalmente durante muchos años y me dijo que lo llamara. Por difícil que fuera, fui a su oficina y me senté con él y su compañero Mark Rubashkin y le conté sobre mi esposo y lo importante que era para mi familia. Brian y Marc instantáneamente me hacen sentir cómodo y como iban a cuidar de mi familia. Last year my husband and father of my two small children, was killed in a terrible accident on the 405 freeway at three in the morning on a foggy night in Los Angeles. There were no eyewitnesses and the police were unable to determine why the accident happened. All I know is that the most important person in my life was taken away from me. I did not know what to do, and I feel completely lost. My good friend has known Brian Breiter personally for many years and told me to call him. Eventually we had to go to court and get the judge to approve the settlement for my two children because they were minors. Although my husband is gone forever the money that we were able to get for me and my children will help us down the road. Genuine and Humble

Words alone cannot express my appreciation for what the Law Offices of Brian Breiter has done for our family. About 29 months ago, on a late Friday night my parents were involved in a DWI accident which turned my world upside down. My parents were coming home after work around 11pm. When they were ...exiting the 10 freeway they were hit broadside by a drunk driver who failed to yield while merging onto the freeway. The drunk driver and his passenger left my parents there for dead and fled the scene only to be arrested a few hours later. While my father managed to somehow survive, my mother passed shortly after the impact of the accident. My two brothers and I were a complete mess and had no idea what to do or where to start. From grieving the loss of a mother, having a father in ICU for over a month fighting for his life, planning a funeral, dealing with law enforcement, and trying to run the family business, reaching out to personal injury lawyers was turning out to be more frustrating than I had expected it to be. However, lawyers Brain Breiter and Mark Rubashkin from Law Offices of Brian Breiter changed the dynamics of our entire situation. I still remember our first conversation over the phone, Brian spent over an hour just listening to my story, knowing exactly what I was feeling and going through. His genuine nature of caring for others was evident as he felt like a lifelong friend instead of a lawyer I just reached out to. He went on to calm me down and explained to me the importance of prioritizing what and who I worry about.
