Business and Tax Law Subject Matter Expertise
Mark most recently counseled my on the formation of an entity that will encompass a economic development business alliance. The depth and breadth of his knowledge in business and tax law combined with the ability to transfer that knowledge in terms we can understand sets Mark apart. I would highly recommend Mark, as he goes above and beyond when it comes to asset protection and taking advantage of Nevada's business and estate-friendly laws.

"I recently served as co-counsel with Mr. Smallhouse on an intellectual property, mobile phone application, dispute. The dispute included domestic and international business transaction issues. While I handled the litigation aspects, Mr. Smallhouse handled the intellectual property and corporate transaction portions of the case. Mr. Smallhouse is knowledgeable, efficient, and a very capable business transactional lawyer. I would highly recommend his services to any client."

"Mark is a no nonsense business attorney who works hard to achieve results for his clients. I have seen Mark's work first hand from the other side of the negotiation table, and based on that experience I have referred work to him in the past, and will not hesitate to do so in the future"
