Good work on a complicated case
Shawn and his assistants have been working on a corporation change and merger that I was told previously was impossible. I am in another state so everything is phone and email. I am very happy with the efficiency and progress he has made.

Court appointed Receiver - Condominium project
Shawn Pearson did a fantastic job on a very difficult stalled condo project. Mr Pearson helped guild me through commercial lease agreements that required changes to the projects CCR's, and other HOA changes. Without Shawns expertise, we would not have closed on a number of lease agreements.
