He is knowledgeable about real estate matters; so, he will listen to your circumstances and advise you accordingly. You will have the chance to decide if you want to use him. He has a commanding voice that facilitates leadership and respect. You will never regret your decision to choose him. When he has your case, he will communicate to you all steps and procedures, giving you a chance to make informed decisions. Amazing and Compassionate Attorney
Steven is one heck of an Attorney! I initially contacted him during the summer about an issue I was having with my apartment complex, he provided a free consultation and some guidance on how to handle the issue. Months later I ended up reaching out to Steven again and hiring him to assist with my issue. The matter was resolved within 10 days! He has compassion for his clients and takes the time to explain the process in its entirety. After it was all over I just wanted to HUG him!

Unlawful detainer/eviction
I came from out of state to handle an eviction. I got started on the eviction I thought I was doing pretty good but then near the middle I decided I needed a lawyer. So I gave Steven a call and he jumped right in and corrected my mistake and carried on until the end. He was very professional and to the point. When explaining things to me that I couldn't understand. He explained it to the level I could understand. If it wasn't for Steven the case would probably have been thrown out of court. He got the writ of possession and got The possession of my home back. I'm going to continue to use Steven when it comes to the closing sale of my home. I would Highly recommend Steven Ganim with Ganim Law Group .

Helped Sell Our Delray Home
We used Steven to assist with selling our home in Delray Beach. So many possible issues in the real estate process in Florida that just relying on a realtor for legal advice is like going grocery shopping for your family of 8 without a shopping cart.
