Client Centered Service. Since 2005, I have tried numerous criminal defense cases in Nevada’s State and Federal Courts. Along the way, I have also represented hundreds of individuals injured in car accidents because of careless drivers. Tanasi Law Offices is a small firm working hard to deliver big firm results.
Following graduation from Roger Williams School of Law in Rhode Island, Richard Tanasi embarked on a legal career in Nevada in 2005. Over the years, he has garnered extensive litigation experience, having tried numerous cases in both Nevada's State and Federal Courts. In addition to courtroom advocacy, he has actively participated in administrative proceedings throughout the state.
Throughout his career, Mr. Tanasi has been a staunch advocate for individuals who have suffered injuries in car accidents due to negligent drivers. His dedication extends to providing legal support for individuals accused and arrested by both State and Federal law enforcement agencies.
Beyond private representation, Richard Tanasi serves as a representative for clients appointed by the State and Federal Governments. In the Federal system, he has earned a position on the Criminal Justice Act's panel of appointed attorneys, showcasing his recognized legal skill. Similarly, Mr. Tanasi is qualified to maintain a contract with Clark County, Nevada, enabling him to represent State-appointed clients facing serious criminal charges. Speeding Ticket reduced to illegal parking and no points.
Mr. Tanasi and his office, are great and efficient. Not only was the speeding ticket reduced to an illegal parking ticket. My fine was drastically reduced because of it.
