Although she wasn't able to help me at this time, Kimberly Cooper responded in a timely manner. It's nice to know she responds so that I wasn't waiting for help for too long. :)
Verizon no longer harasses me for someone else's debt. Thank you, Kim!
Verizon called me for four years about someone else's unpaid bill. Although I kept telling Verizon they had the wrong number, both by phone and using Verizon's own online contact system, the calls kept coming. Verizon insisted they did not make calls like that and that the calls were not originating from them. When the calls increased (numerous calls in one day), I turned to Kim. She explained the federal statutes that cover this and I called Verizon again, mentioning key words. I was transferred to someone who found my number was incorrectly listed as an alternate contact number and the calls stopped! However, that was the last piece of the puzzle we needed and Kim went after Verizon and negotiated a very nice settlement. THANK YOU, KIM! No more calls AND a nice payoff.

Referrel
I found Kimberly to be knowledgeable, fair and with complete integrity. I have been asked why we would
use an attorney in Las Vegas for our trademark requirements when we are in Florida. Kimberly was referred to me by another attorney who assured me of Kimberly's experience and credibility.
She has worked well for me and we will continue to use her in the future.
