I hired Rogena in March 2018 it is now Oct 2018 and my simple BK chapter 7 is still not filed :(... I've tried to give her the benefit of the doubt as she seemed friendly and knowledgeable at first but now I'm starting to regret using her services and hoping I've not been ripped off. She is very very... spotty in replying to emails, when you call her number no one ever answers and when she calls you her number is private. Latest email from her said something like she was maybe filling 1st or 2nd week in Oct... today started the 3rd week...I'm gonna email her tomorrow hopefully she'll respond...had I known it would be like this I would have NEVER used her. Initially she seemed really caring but she's since proven to be very unprofessional and a procrastinator. I understand she has more than just me as a client and why I've tried to be patient but my case should be done by now...I wish I would've read reviews no matter how nice she seemed...please think twice before going with her. I'm only posting anonymously because she's still over my case for now and I don't need any further problems. If my case isn't filed by end of October I'm firing her and hope I can get some money back (not holding my breath)

Rogena Atkinson is a professional and personable attorney. Working with her was always a pleasure. She always answered each and every email and kept me up to date on the status of my case. My bankruptcy case was very simple, I provided her with everything she needed and paid her in full and she still hasn't filed my case even tho she said she would have a case number for me in two weeks and it's been a month, total time has been almost four months, she lies and refuses to respond to me...ssages, do not waste your time with this dishonest,unreliable sorry excuse of an attorney

Absolute no respect for her clients Terrible, terrible, terrible communication. Simply would not provide basic information on case status. This was consistent throughout the duration of the process. When confronted about her lack of communication, she became defensive. She was only prompt in th...e cashing of checks. She did complete the bankruptcy. However, after the case was discharged, no effort from her to follow up or even ensure I received a copy of the discharge. Never heard from her once. No email, no calls, not even a text. Stay away from this "lawyer". She has no place in a customer/client based profession.
