Excellent Client Care & Attention to all Details!!
My case has taken some time to come to a close but only because I needed quite a lot of therapy and a surgery following the hit-and-run accident I was involved in. I knew I needed an attorney that would fight for me since the driver who hit me drove away - never stopping to render aide, exchange info. etc. I "interviewed" several firms before selecting Brian White. As soon as I began speaking with Maritsa, who would be my case mgr. at the firm I knew I had found the right firm and my search was over. The next step was to meet my attorney and be on the road to justice. The first consulation with my attorney transpired and each step of the upcoming journey was clearly mapped out so I felt comfortable in my decision of lawfirm choice. Finally someone had my back!
I felt like no one was looking out for me when an uninsured driver rear ended me at a stoplight. Although no one disagreed on the person at fault, the compensation offered was not reasonable or fair. I didn’t know what to do, then I found the Law firm of Attorney Brian White. My attorney, Gramm Klein, was a turning point of hope for me. I could finally let that stress go, knowing he had my back and was fighting for what was right and fair. I pray I never have a reason to call Gramm in the future, however, I will continue to recommend him and would never go through a situation like this again without calling Gramm and his team right away!

Exceeded Expectations
We hired Brian after hearing that he was a good attorney and had good results, however our results and experience was outstanding. Our initial contact with Brian was a quick phone call followed up with a in person meeting on the same evening of our introduction and Brian and his team came to our home to meet with everyone and ensure we were making the right decisions . He and his team also help set our expectations and time lines and is always up front. Lia Tristan whom is in Brian Whites office worked very closely with us through out our entire process. She always responded very quickly even after hours and weekends when we had questions. She even responded while she was out on vacation and took the time to take care our concerns. Brian White is the standard at which all other attorneys should strive for. I really hope our family doesn’t have to go through any of this again but if we do Brian will be our first call and I know everything will work out as it should.

Shooting Injury-Brian White & Associates' Lex Allgaier hits the mark.
After the incident, several firms reached out but ultimately declined to take on the intimidating workload. While it was clear which party the responsibility lied with, the road to get there proved challenging. It was Lex Allgaier at Brian White & Associates who had the grit to pursue what was just while doing so with the integrity that I wanted to be represented with and remembered by. I was involved in a car wreck back in 2019 and and received a call from Brian white saying they would represent me. Very friendly staff always. Made sure I got started on my treatment on time that I needed for my neck and back. Steeves Hopson was very professional and helpful when it came down to the settlement I wasn’t satisfied with the amount at first and Steeves went above and beyond to make sure I I got a reasonable amount that I was satisfied with.
