I hired Mr. Jason Bach. During the consultation, he said a lot of whatever you want to hear. After I paid the retainer fee, he disappeared for 7~8 months, no call, no email, nothing. When I finally had to contact him by all the possible methods, the reply from his office indicated that he tried to call me for more information, which in fact never happened. This is the first time I encountered his dishonesty. He never contacted me and I can verify it from my phone billing history.
During his 1st letter to school about my case, the description about what happened is not accurate. It looks like, he is not even familiar with my case. The letter contains plenty of inaccuracy. He did not revise the incorrect details until I emphasized it multiple times. His 2nd letter to school is worse. The description about the fact is inconsistent with the 1st letter. Think about this, if you were the reader, how would you have been convinced by the inconsistent statement of 2 letters? I feel very disappointed.
His reply is always slow, super slow. And he did not even attend one of our meeting calls. At beginning, I explained why I wanted to sue, and he said " you have a Good Shot". However, after I paid him, his attitude towards my case had a huge change, and he couldn't even remember what he said to me about all kinds of reasons at the beginning. The worst is, he started to help school convince me! Think about this, you pay him money but he speaks for the other party, and try to close the ASAP.
I highly do NOT recommend this attorney. Not only because he is not professional, but also he is NOT honest about how things could be like in the end until you pay him and waste your time. He like earning money more than being professional.
Try to avoid him, and contact other attorneys. If all other attorneys cannot help you, then he will not either, whatever he says. If any of other attorneys can help you, do not hire him either, because he is doing the same by charging you more. He gives people good impression at the beginning by saying whatever you want to hear, just to want to have your money.
Google his review, and on other website, plenty of bad reviews. I strongly doubt the authenticity of good reviews.

We hired Mr. Bach when our son was dismissed from dental school. He was extremely knowledgable and very clear about the expectations. I will say the process was longer than we would have liked, but Mr. Bach and his team forewarned us before ever beginning the process. Mr. Bach and his team were successful and our son was readmitted. Thanks Bach Law Firm!

After a college indefinitely suspended me I tried 3 times to re-enroll but the college literally said by letter they denied me re-admission because of the accommodatins my neuropsychologist recommended. Bach accepted my case after a $300 consultation, wanted me pay $4700 to add to the retainer and tokd me to send the VP my application to get another denial to be used in court. After learning the school accepts only electronic apps I kept calling and emailing Bach over and over because there is no way to assure the electronic app would land on the VP desk. Then when I sent an email saying if the college was to allow my regardless how I reapply it would mean I done all the work and would have paid the remaining retainer of $4700 for nothing. He then said he was going to write the president, I paid $4700, he sent 2 letters 2 months apart, then dropped my case month 6; 2 weeks before the statue of limitation. Outcome was me representing myself in court and losing.

I just hired Mr. Bach for a demand letter process, he was professional and highly knowledgeable regarding dental residency and education law from my brief research into the matter prior. I encourage everyone to read his articles on his website, though remember he fights for us students/residents, so the articles are slightly written for the pro-student position. Nonetheless, he definitely seems legit and if I remember I will update the review in the future about how the journey goes from here on.

I hired this lawyer. He charged excessive, unannounced fees and never returned one single call. He disappeared once my check cleared. I LOST MY CASE because the opposing party never heard from him. I am in debt and still out of school because of him! It says on here that he is a computer fraud lawyer but he advertises as an education rights lawyer.

Hired the Bach Law Firm after being dismissed from medical school for not completing an exam on time due to a medical condition. At first, my medical school rejected Mr. Bach’s demands, so we had to file a lawsuit. Shortly after filing the lawsuit, my medical school’s lawyer contacted Mr. Bach and he was successfully able to get me reinstated. Mr. Bach and Angie were awesome! I highly recommend them if you are in an unfortunate situation with your school.

I was an undergraduate student at the University of Texas, El Paso when I was falsely accused of plagiarism and dismissed from my program. Despite having no evidence, I was dismissed from the program. I retained Jason Bach and within no time UTEP reversed course and I was back in. I graduated and now I am a medical student. I was sitting here about how grateful I am that I hired you guys. My life would be so much different if I had not. Thank you!

My husband and I hired Jason and his team when my son's rights were violated by his school. Jason immediately went to work on our case and resolved the matter beyond our greatest expectations. He kept in touch as to the status of our case and answered every question and concern we had with compassion and professionalism. We have and will recommend Jason to friends and colleagues.

I consulted with Mr. Bach, paying $300 for a 45 minute phone call. He clearly had not read the 3 page letter I had sent in advance. He stated that he would take on my case and wanted $4000 for a retainer. Although verbally he stated this would be a flat rate, the fine print in the retainer clearly stated otherwise. When I questioned him about this, he never replied. Sketchy. Proceed with caution (also kind of weird that he has 2 other listings on avvo). Wasted $300.

I hired Jason Bach after being unfairly treated and, dismissed from the professional program that I am attending. The process took almost three months, but was successful. Have faith that this lawyer is highly competent, and that you can stand proud against your opponent. If your case represents the truth, then your desired outcome should be achieved.
