Do not hire

I hired Bach a year before the statue of limitation to represent me against a school that indefinitely suspended me and kept denying my request for admissions due to my disability. He changed $5000, wrote only two letters, then dropped my case 12 days before the statue, resulting in my loss of the re...tainer and the case. He too told me the school did not respond to his letter but the school showed me proof they did respond

Warning

I had a very unpleasant experience with Mr. Bach. First, he filed a FERPA complaint with the Department of Education, but the Department of Education denied the complaint because Mr. Bach filed it incorrectly. Worse yet, he did not inform me about this outcome; I only learned about the denial when I ...called the Department of Education to get an update on my complaint. Not only did he fail to file a corrected complaint, but he also refused to return the attorney fees he had received for this. Moreover, he failed to file the main complaint with the federal court, even though he had 74 days to do so. Once again, he refused to return the fees he had received for this complaint. Mr. Bach's lack of legal knowledge and commitment were staggering in my case

Mr. Bach delivers!

Mr. Bach helped me with a case in which my chance at a career in my chosen field was in jeopardy. He gave sound advice and went above and beyond what was required of him by our retention agreement.

The importance of strong legal representation in the education litigation process on process

After decades of frustration fighting with my university to issue my engineering degree without success, I finally came across the Bach Law firm who intervened in my behalf with a legal demand to the University authorities, after which they agreed to allowed me to proceed to graduation. I am beyond c...onvinced that without the intervention of the Bach Law firm, I would still be fighting but going nowhere. Bach Law brought me great relief and I am a very relieved and happy person today.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
