Hard to give him a star.
We hired Jason to represent our under age daughter. She was cleansed out of school,by a community who did not like outsiders. We gave Attorney Bach over $200,000. for a case that drug on for years. The opposing pigs counter sued our daughter for $185,000. Finally a judge ruled too much evidence we ar...
George, Your post is rife with false information. And, you know it is not true. You were not our client, which means we could not talk to you about anything concerning any of our clients’ cases without authorization. Since you do not know the outcome of the matter in question, you have chosen to create this distorted fabrication. I cannot address many of your outrageous comments because of my duty of confidentiality to our client, but my office does not “stop talking” to clients. In fact, we communicate regularly with our clients to provide them with advice and counsel throughout a particular matter and, ultimately, our clients make the decisions regarding resolution in all of our cases. I realize you would not know this because, again, you were not our client. While I understand it may have been frustrating to have been unable to receive information about this matter, that does not justify your disparaging post. Knowingly posting false information on the internet does not make it true, it is defamatory.
