Warning

I had a very unpleasant experience with Mr. Bach. First, he filed a FERPA complaint with the Department of Education, but the Department of Education denied the complaint because Mr. Bach filed it incorrectly. Worse yet, he did not inform me about this outcome; I only learned about the denial when I ...called the Department of Education to get an update on my complaint. Not only did he fail to file a corrected complaint, but he also refused to return the attorney fees he had received for this. Moreover, he failed to file the main complaint with the federal court, even though he had 74 days to do so. Once again, he refused to return the fees he had received for this complaint. Mr. Bach's lack of legal knowledge and commitment were staggering in my case

From Legal Battles to New Beginnings

If you ever find yourself in need of an exceptional attorney who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring, look no further than Jason Bach. I faced a tremendously difficult situation after being unfairly expelled from my health professional school, which was not only a blow to my career a...spirations but also to my personal well-being. Jason stepped in as a beacon of hope and professionalism, even traveling out-of-state to meet with me for my disposition. Right from the start, Jason impressed me with his thorough approach and deep understanding of educational law. He meticulously gathered every piece of relevant information, leaving no stone unturned in his quest to build a robust case for me. His attention to detail and strategic thinking set him apart from any legal professional I have ever encountered. Jason’s commitment went beyond professional duty; he took the time to meet with me personally, which allowed him to fully understand my situation and build a strong personal rapport. This personal attention made a significant difference, as it gave me confidence and reassurance during a highly stressful time. Throughout the legal process, Jason was more than just my attorney; he was a steadfast supporter and advisor. He always took the time to explain the complexities of the law in a way that I could understand, ensuring that I was fully informed at every step. His communication was clear and timely, which greatly eased the stress of the situation. The outcome of our legal battle was more than just a settlement—it was a significant turning point in my life. Although I did not return to my original career track, Jason’s guidance helped me to discover a new professional path that has proven to be even more fulfilling. He didn’t just help me move past a legal hurdle; he helped me transition into a new phase of my life with optimism and confidence. Jason’s dedication extends beyond the courtroom. He is passionate about justice and genuinely cares about the impacts of his work on the lives of his clients. His commitment to my case has left a lasting impression on me, and I am profoundly grateful for his help during one of the most challenging periods of my life. For anyone navigating the complexities of legal challenges, especially those involving educational institutions, Jason Bach is the attorney you want by your side. His combination of legal expertise, empathetic approach, and unwavering commitment to his clients’ best interests will undoubtedly make a significant difference in your life as it has in mine. I am thriving in a new career because of Jason’s exceptional service and support

Do Not Hire

I hired Jason to represent me in a Title IX case. Jason took my $5000 right before the pandemic hit, with confidence that this was a case with clear evidence he could be successful with. The process with the university dragged on with zero progress, he gave up and offered to assist with an OCR compla...int that went nowhere (he told me this was typical that some cases "timeout". Both he and his staff started to shirk communication with me and twist the story. Jason's 180 on this case not only hurt me and my career, but my family and caused MORE stress and more damage to relationships. Do not trust Jason, he will take advantage of the student.

Education case for medical doctor

I am a doctor and I had a problem during my training, after I exhaust all ways to try to solve it with the program, I had no other option than talking to a lawyer. I did talk to few lawyers before Jason who said I have no case, until I talked to Jason who looked carefully at my evidence and he said h...e can help me. He did big time, we reached an agreement before trial with the university that I was very happy about. I would recommend Jason to anyone I know and for sure to any student/ doctor in training who runs into any education problem that he thinks its unsolvable. I should also mention that Sandra been amazing and very responsive Thank you very much , great team !

Bach Law Firm Review

Mr. Bach and his associate successfully represented my case. I was very satisfied with the amount of support given and continued communication through out the process. I know that I would not have been given a fair chance with out legal assistance and reaching out to this firm was the best decision I... could have made. Hopefully I won't need legal assistance again, but in the case that I do I know just the team to call! A big thanks to Jason Bach and all his wonderful associates!
