Replied last June 19, 2018This is a fake review. This is not accurate. This post was likely made by a competitor. I, Eric Roy, do all of the depositions. I have never had an inexperienced attorney work for me. I also virtually never have any other attorney's besides myself appear at depositions. Finally, I never "force" clients to settle. My favorite thing is to go to trial and thus not settle. To this end, I am generally eager to go to trial on just about any case. When cases settle it is because the client doesn't want to pursue the case further. This is a fake review.
