Great lawyer

Awesome!

I was looking for a corporate law expert to help me in starting my business. I had done a lot of research but I needed help. After talking a a few friends, Sagar's name came up and I am happy it did. I called him and talked to him about my business idea. Sagar not only told me about the different state and local requirements, but also helped me incorporate the business, get the licenses needed, and has been there for me the whole way. This was not my first interaction with a lawyer, but it was definitely my best one. Sagar knows what he is talking about, is nice enough to explain everything, and is good overall. Superior business lawyer

I contacted Sagar through Avvo because I needed a business contract lawyer and he called me immediately! I explained my situation and he let me know what he could do to help me and in a timely manner, since it was a time sensitive situation. He is super knowledgeable in business law and has a great team that will take care of you. On top of that, he was very communicative and well priced.

One of the Best Lawyers in Las Vegas.

Sagar has helped me on 2 occasions. I found him to be one of those Lawyers, who helps and thinks of his client first and Wallet second. He provided me the most valuable advice on an intellectual property matter. In addition, he has also "given" some valuable advice. And,when I say "Given" I mean it literally. Not too many attorneys will give you help without a Retainer. I wholeheartedly would recommend this lawyer to negotiate any contracts or agreements.

Call this man first!

Sagar is a life saver! Hands down. I got in a car accident on Thanksgiving last year and more or less loss my ability to lift weights. Or exercise for that matter. I spoke with him, and like that I was already seeing doctors and going to therapy. I spent months just getting better and now, I’m on the road to getting my health back on track. Best part is I just got a surprising little check just to make things even better. This man will forever be on speed dial.

Good Accounts Receivables Lawyer

We have a very successful family business and had been looking for a lawyer for quite a while. One of our sister companies had been using Sagar Raich as a lawyer for a while and so we thought we'd give him a shot. Boy are we glad we did. We are a family business that had legal issues with customers using our services but not paying us. After we looked at options, we hired Sagar to help get our money that we had earned. Sagar was able to get the money we were owed and did it for a reasonable amount - compared to the ridiculous loss we would have suffered if we had gone to a collection company. For the price, Sagar is definitely worth his weight in gold. He made the process easy for us to handle. The fact that he does not even have billboards and marketing but he is still so busy and successful tells you what you need to know - he is a word-of-mouth kind of guy and his work speaks for itself. He is five-stars in our book and we turn to him whenever we need any kind of legal help.
