Shauna Suzanne Brennan

I had lost my battle with the bank several times on my own. I even hired another legal team to fight for me but they got torn apart. I decided to try one more time. I had heard that Shauna had a firecracker spirit and was willing to fight "to the death" for my case. The first time I spoke with her an...d explained what the bank was doing I could tell she would be a great fit. The bank was supposed to be putting my mortgage payment towards my mortgage. I don't know what happened but a years worth of payments ended up in some random account that they had made for me. They still have never told me why. Anyways they wanted to take my home away from me for "failing" to make my mortgage payments on time. Are you kidding me!?!?! They were the one's putting the payments in the wrong place. Well after months of battling it out by myself and with another team, Shauna made some calls, set up a meeting with the senior bank manager here in Las Vegas and got things squared away. I seriously would of lost my home if it wasn't for her.

We just wanted report that Shauna Brennan was very due diligent in her fight against the bank that was attempting to foreclose on our home illegally. With out any notification we arrived at our home one evening with a notice that our house was foreclosed upon. The locks were changed and we could not ...enter our own home which we had been paying on time for 10 years! Let's just say our heads were spinning and we were very confused by the whole situation. We immediately called the police but they of course could not help us in any way. We then called a friend who told us to call Shauna ASAP. We got in touch with her and met with her that evening which was fantastic because it was past 5pm and we thought we would be out of luck until the next day. We showed Shauna our paper work for our mortgage and asked her why the bank had done that. She said that banks make mistakes sometimes and that she would file the necessary paperwork and get this thing figured out. Within a couple days the bank was calling us apologizing. Thank goodness nothing was taken from the inside of our home. I have heard about that happening as well. Thanks to Shauna, we had our house and our lives back in no time.

She was/is by far the easiest legal advisor I have ever worked with. From the get go she was just as upset about my case as I was. I got a sense that she really cared about fighting for me and doing everything she possibly could to win my battle. I had been fighting with the banks about a tax lien fo...r almost a year. I realized that I wasn't going to win the battle on my own I sought help from a few different attorneys. The first two I went to just weren't right. It took them a while to get back to me and when I did get a hold of them I felt like just another sheep being led along. There was no real passion involved or sense of urgency. With Shauna there was both. She's has a real go getter attitude which I loved seeing. She did an excellent job representing me and I am here trying my best to recommend her.

I would absolutely recommend Shauna. She was fantastic at what she did. Her knowledge of our case was unmatched. We have been fighting with our bank about our mortgage payments for months. When they said they were going to foreclose on us (keep in mind we had been paying our mortgage on time but they... for some reason all of a sudden decided to raise it without any notice) we decided to seek legal representation. Shauna was well worth it. In a matter of weeks she pretty much grabbed the bank by their you know what and told them what they were doing was not legal at all.

Shauna was straight to the point and didn't put up with any crap from our bank. She was on top of them from the beginning when we first started talking to her about our foreclosure situation. Without going in to too much detail she was great when it came to negotiating lower rates on our mortgage and... figuring out a way to stop the foreclosure.
