Brennan provides legal advice in real estate matters, including acquisition and development issues and agreements,§1031 tax-deferred exchanges,disposition agreements, leases, construction contracts, and zoning, permit and other governmental . Brennan also advises on business formation,vendor, entertainment, promotion and marketing agreements, and financial transactions and structures, including opinion . Brennan obtained her Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School (May 1987), where she was a member of Notre Dame Law . Brennan is admitted to practice in Washington (July 2005), Nevada (Oct. 1997), Maryland (Jan. 1988) and the District of Columbia (Nov. 1989).An entrepreneur at heart, Ms. Brennan has owned and operated several businesses prior to founding Brennan Legal Counsel Group, PLLC.

Well worth the money
Lawyers aren't cheap but with Shauna you get what you pay for. She's a go getter who doesn't take no for an answer when it comes to your case. I would without hesitation you her and her team again. Because of her, I get to keep my home and my car. I am so grateful, thanks Shauna!
