I bought a house that had mold Judd and staff help us though the whole process. It was a long process with the Court System & Contractors Board, the Mold Specialists he referred us to did a wonderful job cleaning and testing the house so we can move in. My Experience with the Balmer Law Firm: On October 2015, we contacted the Balmer Law Firm for legal advice regarding the mold spores in the home that was cause by construction defect. Mr. Balmer came by house and consulted with my family and I, and shortly after, we engage The Balmer Law Firm on ...September 8, 2015 to financially protect us from paying thousands of dollars in repairs. Almost one year to the date, the case settled out of court. My family and will be forever grateful to the Balmer Law firm for protecting our interest. We were anxious and frustrated during the entire process because we did not have the money to do the initial repairs and god forbid one of the kids get sick from this stuff. We called Balmer law firm religiously only to receive vague responses in return, in –fact, we decided to slow down and call him once a month for update, which was our way of managing our emotions.
