Shauna Suzanne Brennan

One of the few times that I've had a good experience with a lawyer. She was on fire to "crush" the bank who was foreclosing on my home. She walked me through the process of fighting against the bank and ended up reversing the foreclosure. Honestly I've used legal representation a few times before and... I was put on the back burner. This was not the case with Shauna and her team.

Her and her team made it so easy for me to understand what I was up against. It's not easy going up against a big time bank but they knew their stuff and were able to explain to me how I could keep my home even with being so late on my payments. Thank goodness because my home means a lot to me so it ...was nice to not have to move.

She's the best. I could not be happier with how she handled my foreclosure case against the bank. The bank was illegally trying to take my property even though I was making payments on it. I had proof and even showed the bank but they were using some silly loophole to say I wasn't. How crazy is that!...?!?!? I went to Shauna and she took care of everything....quickly! Best money I have ever spent on a lawyer.

No other lawyer or legal representative even comes close to amount of attention to detail that Shauna paid to my case. Usually lawyers pass you off to some smuck in the back but she took on my case herself and was impressive from start to finish. My home was getting foreclosed on and long story short... we fought the bank and won. Yes it was our fault, but I was in a situation again to make payments after a family emergency that consumed me for months. There was no other choice. Shauna got things squared away and I was able to stay in my home.

Shauna from the get go grabbed the bull by its horns as we Texans like to say it. We had heard very good things about her from numerous legal advisers and clients around town. The second we stepped in to her office, she said here's the plan. That's what I like, someone who has a plan and the go gette...r attitude mixed with a passion for what she does and a good amount of charisma. We met a couple times before going to court to face off against our bank who was illegally foreclosing on our multimillion dollar land. To make a long story much shorter Shauna had done her homework, went in to the courthouse, stuck it to their lawyer (if you want to call him that), and got us the victory we deserved.
