Shauna Suzanne Brennan

Shauna from the get go grabbed the bull by its horns as we Texans like to say it. We had heard very good things about her from numerous legal advisers and clients around town. The second we stepped in to her office, she said here's the plan. That's what I like, someone who has a plan and the go gette...r attitude mixed with a passion for what she does and a good amount of charisma. We met a couple times before going to court to face off against our bank who was illegally foreclosing on our multimillion dollar land. To make a long story much shorter Shauna had done her homework, went in to the courthouse, stuck it to their lawyer (if you want to call him that), and got us the victory we deserved.

If you decide to hire Shauna to represent your case, you will not be disappointed. She took the courts to school. I mean she went in there with a well thought out plan to keep our home from foreclosing and she won. It was incredible! I have never been so happy with a lawyer in all my life. She has a ...go getter type attitude that you need with a lawyer. She takes your case personal as if she's the one being attacked. With that kind of passion we will be using her again.....if we ever need legal representation.

We just wanted report that Shauna Brennan was very due diligent in her fight against the bank that was attempting to foreclose on our home illegally. With out any notification we arrived at our home one evening with a notice that our house was foreclosed upon. The locks were changed and we could not ...enter our own home which we had been paying on time for 10 years! Let's just say our heads were spinning and we were very confused by the whole situation. We immediately called the police but they of course could not help us in any way. We then called a friend who told us to call Shauna ASAP. We got in touch with her and met with her that evening which was fantastic because it was past 5pm and we thought we would be out of luck until the next day. We showed Shauna our paper work for our mortgage and asked her why the bank had done that. She said that banks make mistakes sometimes and that she would file the necessary paperwork and get this thing figured out. Within a couple days the bank was calling us apologizing. Thank goodness nothing was taken from the inside of our home. I have heard about that happening as well. Thanks to Shauna, we had our house and our lives back in no time.

I would absolutely recommend Shauna. She was fantastic at what she did. Her knowledge of our case was unmatched. We have been fighting with our bank about our mortgage payments for months. When they said they were going to foreclose on us (keep in mind we had been paying our mortgage on time but they... for some reason all of a sudden decided to raise it without any notice) we decided to seek legal representation. Shauna was well worth it. In a matter of weeks she pretty much grabbed the bank by their you know what and told them what they were doing was not legal at all.
