I would absolutely recommend Shauna. She was fantastic at what she did. Her knowledge of our case was unmatched. We have been fighting with our bank about our mortgage payments for months. When they said they were going to foreclose on us (keep in mind we had been paying our mortgage on time but they... for some reason all of a sudden decided to raise it without any notice) we decided to seek legal representation. Shauna was well worth it. In a matter of weeks she pretty much grabbed the bank by their you know what and told them what they were doing was not legal at all.

They say only those that experience something negative write reviews, well I'm here to change that. My wife and I were having our house foreclosed upon illegally. We were making the payments to our bank on time. We for some reason started receiving letters in the mail saying we were late on our payme...nts. Long story short our bank had opened another account that we didn't want opened and were storing our mortgage payments in this account. I have no idea why they were doing this but I googled to see if others had experience this and saw dozens and dozens of other stories just like ours. We hired Shauna and her team because of word of mouth. She came highly recommended so we called and set up an appointment. She looked in to our case and said she could help. Well she took the facts to the bank and they didn't care. We ended up going to court where Shauna tore them apart. The judge said we were in the right and had to pay our legal fees as well as stop harassing us for phantom late payments. I'm very glad we went with Shauna or else we might have lost our home for no reason. Be careful out there homeowners, the banks are corrupt and will try to steal your home out from under you.
