I contacted Ms Jennifer Isso through Avvo asking for a call regarding a Class Action case we need to file in Nevada. My 34 year company currently has several complex litigations, including Federal actions, being handled by several firms across the country. Ms. Isso just called me back and the first... words out of her mouth were. "Do you want to quickly tell me about your (prospective) case". No greeting, no introduction, etc. I replied that if she was busy we could talk later. She replied she is always busy. I was not interested in "quickly" going over a multi-million dollar issue. I quickly realized she did not even have telephone courtesy mastered. It was obvious she was not a good fit in with the legal counselors we currently have on retainer. I do not want anyone with her demeanor handling our litigation.
